These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through Called and Confident with Donna Londot, a DBA of Donna Jo Londot, PLLC, an Arizona-based coaching and consulting practice.

Donna Londot, through Called and Confident Coaching, provides business mentoring, coaching services, live and virtual workshops, and downloadable resources. These offerings are designed to support women—particularly those in real estate, entrepreneurship, or leadership—seeking greater clarity, confidence, and faith-centered growth in business and life. Services focus on mindset development, accountability, time management, and personal discovery, and are not a substitute for legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted. If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. Donna Jo Londot, PLLC, does not store any payment information.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for coaching programs, workshops, or digital products. If you are unable to attend a session, please email [email protected] to inquire about rescheduling or applying a credit toward a future offering. Credit decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibility

Your success depends on your personal effort, commitment, and follow-through. Coaching and mentoring services provide support, but you are responsible for your own results. Services are educational in nature, and outcomes vary.

All materials, tools, and content provided through Called and Confident Coaching are the intellectual property of Donna Jo Londot, PLLC. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Results Disclaimer

While coaching can lead to personal and professional growth, individual results are not guaranteed. Your participation is an agreement to take full responsibility for your outcomes.

Donna Jo Londot, PLLC, reserves the right to update or modify any service, schedule, or offering. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

All private coaching sessions and personal information shared will be kept confidential following, professional coaching ethics.
